Organic maple sausages

Cooking time: 30 min

Servings : 4

Boil 1 pound (1/2kg) of pork sausages (organic toulouse) for 30 minutes. Drain and roast. Remove excess fat.

Make a sauce with it:


  • 1 cup (250ml) Quebec maple syrup
  • 2 cups (500ml) of water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) vinegar
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) cornstarch

When the sauce is ready, put the sausages in it. Keep warm for a few minutes and serve with white rice and grilled zucchini.
