1.1 To place an order with us you must be over 18, require delivery to our area and have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name. 1.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order or suspend your account with us at our discretion. 1.3 Our Terms and Conditions will apply when you place your order.

2.1 If you wish, you can create an online account with us to facilitate each visit to our website. If you do, you choose a username and password to use each time you place an order with us. 2.2 You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must ensure that your user name and password are known only to you and that access to your computer is limited to prevent unauthorized use of your account. 3.1 This website is operated by Rheintal.ca. Once you have placed an order on the Website, we will confirm your order by sending an email to the email address you have provided. This email will list all the products you have ordered, the price and delivery details. This is not an acceptance on our part. A legally binding contract will only be formed once we have completed delivery of the goods. 3.2 If you have entered an incorrect email address and you do not receive a purchase confirmation email and/or other details are incorrect, it is your responsibility to contact us to change your details and we will not may be held responsible for entering incorrect information or your email service provider's spam filter.

4.1 The confirmation e-mail we send will indicate the latest time in which you can modify or cancel your order, which is 72 hours before the date of your delivery (the cut-off time). Please also note that we cannot change or cancel the next day delivery order. 4.2 If you wish to cancel your order after the cut-off time but before delivery, we may charge you the full amount equal to the value of your order, including delivery costs. 4.3 Any cancellation must be sent to us by email at orders@viandesrheintal.com within the time limit. 4.4 If you order Products which are unavailable for any reason, we will notify you and either send you a replacement Product with your order or arrange a full refund or voucher within two working days.

5.1 The price of the Goods will be that shown on the Website at the time you confirm your order by clicking 'Order' 5.2 The delivery charges applicable to your order will be set at checkout. No standard delivery charges will be applied to orders valued at $500 or more; orders below this value will be subject to delivery charges depending on your region and shipping method. 5.3 If you change your order before the cut-off time to increase the quantity of items already ordered, the price charged for the additional items will be the price stated at the time you placed the original order. If, however, you add new items to your order, the price charged will be the price quoted at the time you change the order. 7.1 We will always endeavor to deliver your order within the delivery window indicated to you when you place your order or 48 hours prior to delivery. 7.2 If no one is available at the primary delivery address (designated by you at the time you place your order) to take delivery of the order, we will instead leave a delivery notification at either the secondary delivery address or at the secure location (designated by you when you place your order). 7.3 Our deliveries are made "without signature". In the event that no one is available to take delivery of your order at your primary or secondary delivery address or if you instruct us to leave your goods unattended in a secure location, Rheintal expressly disclaims any liability that may arise from delivery. being left unattended, including but not limited to theft, tampering or contamination however caused. 7.4 If your delivery is refused or not accepted at a recipient's address, we cannot take responsibility for this and cannot offer you a free replacement box. 7.5 We may ship Products outside of Quebec, but all risk, damage or loss of Goods shall pass to the Buyer immediately upon dispatch of the delivery by Rheintal. 7.6 In relation to Gift Baskets and Gifts packed in a Gift Basket, please note that each Gift is charged as a delivery of a box depending on the delivery service you request. 7.7 Events beyond our control, such as epidemics, extreme weather conditions, road closures, can sometimes mean that we are unable to deliver your goods at the agreed time. In these circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the delivery time. In such a case, our liability to you will be limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery.
8. if you are not satisfied
8.1 We are committed to providing you with the best service and the best products and we guarantee the quality of all goods and products that you order from us. You must inspect the Goods immediately after delivery and, in the event that you are in any way dissatisfied with our service or the quality of the Goods you receive, let us know promptly in writing via the feedback form in the Contact Us section of the website. 8.2 Complaints about the service will be investigated by our customer services team and we promise to respond to you within one working day where possible. 8.3 Complaints about the quality of products you receive will be forwarded to our quality assurance department for review. So please keep the products for review, and we promise to get back to you within one working day where possible with our findings. 8.4 Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any Products delivered to you, but if you are not reasonably satisfied with the Products you have ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, send you a Rheintal voucher or a replacement product worth of merchandise that did not meet your expectations within 9 business days of receiving a claim. 8.5 Occasionally we may request the return of goods for inspection and Rheintal will cover the cost of delivery where a delivery receipt is presented.
9. what we will not be responsible for
9.1 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or loss of profit arising from our supply or failure to supply the goods to you. 9.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall in any way limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our breach of contract, tort or negligence, or limit any legal rights you have as a consumer . 9.3 Some of our products may contain traces of nuts, eggs and other allergens. We will ensure that the contents of each box are clearly listed on our website, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have read the information. If you need further information on allergens, please contact us. 9.4 Goods are sold to you on the basis that you are a consumer. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any particular losses which you may suffer by using, distributing or reselling the goods in the course of a business. 9.5 We will not be liable for the Goods once they have been delivered to the address or secure location specified in your order. 9.6 Our packaging is designed to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition, but it is your responsibility to ensure that all perishable products are refrigerated as soon as possible upon receipt. Further, if you or a third party move, transport or deliver the goods to any other address after our delivery, we will not be liable for anything that third party may do to the goods or for any subsequent damage to the product. 9.7 Due to the nature of some handcrafted products, minimum and maximum weight cannot always be guaranteed. Whole products may not always meet our store's exact criteria. We will not exclude liability for under or overweight products, the published price is the approximate unit price by weight. However, we will always strive to meet weight expectations.
11. subscription/recurring boxes/fixed box/basket or gift boxes - Rheintal.ca
11.1 Subscription
means accepting a regular recurring weekly, fortnightly or quadrennial
(monthly) agreement to receive a regular fixed box. 11.2 You may cancel a
subscription contract at any time by giving 72 hours notice before your next
scheduled box in writing to orders@viandesrheintal.com. 11.3 No cash
alternative is offered for this promotion. 11.4 In some cases, content may be exchanged
at the request of the customer. Rheintal.ca has the right not to accept
exchange requests. 11.5 From time to time the content may change due to the
nature of our supply change. In such cases, we will notify you of the changes.
11.6 You may add other store products to your regular subscription box either
by calling our support team at 819-233-3884 or by emailing
orders@viandesrheintal.com. 11.7 Rheintal.ca reserves the right to terminate or
suspend any subscription agreement at any time. 11.8 The exact amount charged
for renewals will be calculated based on the offers and prices available on the
day payment is made.
