Organic pork stewing cubes
For a tender and tasty meat, cubes simmered in a ragout must be cooked slowly with warm humidity. First, place the cubes in a bit of warm oil, season and place in an aromatic liquid (wine, beer, bouillon, water, spices, etc.). Cover and let simmer in low heat for 30 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 30 minutes more.
