Until recently, Teff was unknown to our team, but today, we don't want to get rid of this tiny cereal because it surprised us so much. While it is true that Teff alone has a slight hazelnut taste, once mixed with our recipe with herbs it metamorphoses and diffuses an intoxicating taste of cumin.

Our Teff herbal cake with herbs is allergen free (lactose, soy, egg) and gluten free at all times. Prepared with simple quality and organic ingredients with good protein and fibre content. These cakes bring a little adventure to every meal and pride in eating a healthy, responsible and local product.
