Organic maple smoked ham
This ham is made with the most natural ingredients. The brine is made with organic vegetable stock, sea salt, celery salt (a natural nitrate) and natural vinegar. There are no phosphates or chemicals added. The ham is then massaged in a churn (24 hours) to allow absorption of the injected brine and to accelerate the extraction of proteins necessary to guarantee excellence in the quality of the finished product (colour, texture, flavour). It is cooked in vacuum packing to guarantee tenderness of the meat. Thanks to this craftsmanship, our ham contains high protein levels.
